ICYMI: Workers at findhelp, an Austin-based tech company dedicated to connecting those in need with social welfare services, are trying to unionize. Workers filed for an election with the National Labor Relations Board, and together we’re calling on company leadership to allow workers to make this decision free of managerial intimidation, surveillance, and/or retaliation.
The findhelp Solidarity Network union came together because workers are committed to the growth of the company and its mission. Since Summer of 2021, workers have been talking to each other about what they love about findhelp and how they can make it a more inclusive environment where everyone has the resources and support they need to thrive.
