Happy New Year, friends. As we approach 2022, we are reflecting on the swell of worker power we’ve seen throughout this past year and imagining all it might grow into. We’ve spent the year hearing workers share stories of their experiences at work and envisioning what a safer, more dignified workplace might look like. We are inspired every time that workers commit themselves to each other’s well-being and take action together.
If you’re so inclined to come up with New Year’s resolutions, we invite you to join us in imagining what a more just tech sector might look like in 2022. What actions are you committing to? How will you show up for yourself? How will you show up for each other? We cannot wait to see what the new year brings.
